Array Innovation - CEO & Founder
Alaa brings a compelling vision, clear direction and a global network to ARRAY Innovation. He has specialist knowledge of digital platforms and enterprise technology for large organizations, and in particular financial institutions. Prior to launching ARRAY Innovation, Alaa was a Managing Director for Citi in London where he worked for over 16 years and led Foreign Exchange's Electronic Platforms, Data and Sales teams globally including the flagship Corporate and Institutional client platforms Citi Velocity and CitiFX Pulse. Alaa is a Bahrain Crown Prince Scholarship Program alumni and holds a BSc 1st Class Hons in Philosophy and Economics from the London School of Economics.

Rajesh sets the technology strategy and ensures engineering excellence at ARRAY Innovation. He brings over 20 years of experience in software architecture and development, primarily in complex distributed client, electronic trading, workflow and booking systems. Prior to joining us Rajesh was most recently CTO of MaxxTrader a multi-asset turnkey trading solution, and before that led the Citi's FX eCommerce Distribution Technology team across APAC. He also worked in Markets Technology for Credit Suisse based out of Singapore.

Hussain brings 18 years of global financial markets engineering excellence to the team. He is passionate about the use of AI and advanced data analytics to improve solution design and client returns. Prior to joining ARRAY Innovation Hussain built his career in London as part of Blackrock's Systematic Equities Quantitative Development team and prior to that as a member of Goldman Sachs' technology team working on high throughput multi-threaded clearance and settlement systems. More recently Hussain head Data Science for Bank ABC. Hussain is a Bahrain Crown Prince Scholarship Program alumni and holds a MSc Advanced Computer Science from Imperial College London, and a BSc Computer Science from the University of Cambridge.

Nacira oversees our HR team and is responsible for the HR strategy of ARRAY Innovation. She brings over 20 years of HR and recruiting experience from across Europe and the Middle East. Most recently she was the Citi's country HR Head for Bahrain and Qatar. Nacira holds a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology from France, in line with her passion for personal development. She also holds several certifications in applied cognitive psychology and psychometric assessments and is a champion of cognitive diversity.
